For owners who are not there

A closed villa collects calima dust, salt film on the glass and damp in the bathrooms while nobody is in. We look after the house between visits and have it ready for the day you arrive, without you coordinating anything from another country.

What is included

• Full interior clean: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
• Terraces, balustrades and outdoor furniture
• Airing the house and checking for damp
• Key handling and access on your authorisation
• Arrival preparation: beds made, fridge emptied and cleaned, consumables checked
• A note of anything visibly wrong: leaks, pests, breakages

How every visit ends

Each clean closes with one report: the checklist completed, dated photos of every room, a terrace and exterior check, any issues found, and confirmation that keys and locks are as they should be. You have it the same day, wherever you are.

Frequency

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly while the house is empty, with a preparation clean before each arrival and a reset after each departure.
