Post-construction and post-renovation cleaning
Builder’s dust does not leave with a normal clean
After a renovation, fine dust has worked its way into closed cupboards, inside sockets and into every slat of the blinds. A post-construction clean is done in several passes with specific equipment; an ordinary clean only moves the dust around.
What is included
- Removal of coarse debris: cardboard, plastic and offcuts
- Floors and washable walls vacuumed and mopped in several passes
- Paint, silicone, plaster and cement residue removed without damaging the surface
- Glass and frames inside and out, stickers and adhesive included
- Interiors of new cupboards, drawers and appliances
- Bathrooms and kitchen ready to use, sanitaryware unwrapped and cleaned
For homeowners and builders
We work for people who have just renovated their own home and for builders and contractors handing over a job. For the latter we can clean in phases: a first pass once the bulk is out, and a final pass before handover.
When to book
Once the work is finished and the trades have left. Cleaning while work continues means paying twice. Send a few photos of the site and we confirm crew size, hours and price.
