End of tenancy and move-in cleaning
For tenants, landlords and agencies
When you leave a flat, cleaning is the first thing the agency looks at and the first thing deducted from the deposit. When you move into one, you want it clean from day one, not carrying the last tenant’s dirt. We do both: move-out and move-in.
What is included
- Full kitchen: oven, fridge, extractor hood, cupboard and drawer interiors
- Bathrooms: sanitaryware, shower screens, tiles, grout and drains
- Built-in wardrobes, emptied, cleaned inside
- Interior windows, frames and blinds
- Floors mopped, skirting boards, doors and switches
- Terraces and storage rooms, where they are part of the handover
How we hand it back
Send us your agency’s inventory checklist and we work to it. When we finish you receive dated photos of every room, so the key handover does not depend on anyone’s memory.
When to book
With the property already empty and, ideally, a day before the keys go back. If there is painting or small building work in between, tell us: that is a post-construction clean and is prepared differently.
