What we find here

This is the coast’s densest area for high-end holiday lets: apartments in the port with quick guest changeovers, and Golf Valley villas with pools, large terraces and a lot of glass. Owners are usually abroad and want a photo report when the job is done.

Access and logistics

Almost every development is gated with access control at the entrance. We coordinate with the concierge or the agency before each visit so the team is registered for entry. Parking in Puerto Banús is paid, and we plan for it.
