Local conditions
Sea-facing terraces in Marbella take constant salt residue and, between June and September, calima episodes that leave a fine reddish dust across glass and flooring. Without periodic washing the porcelain turns slippery and the balustrades mark permanently.
Access and parking
Most Golden Mile urbanisations require a garage remote and advance notice to the concierge. Surface parking is very limited between June and September.
