What we find here

Fuengirola is mostly apartments: front-line blocks whose terraces take salt spray and wind every day, and long-term rental flats with key handovers at each change of tenant. Terrace glass and blinds are the most common job.

Access and logistics

Many buildings have a communal garage and a porter, which makes key access straightforward. Along the seafront and in the centre street parking is scarce, so we use the public car parks and plan the equipment run accordingly.
